Shipping Policy

Personalized Spiritwear uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship orders with customer-paid shipping and most flat rate shipping. Shipping charges are based on the Real Time Rates (RTR) of USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the product(s) being shipped and the location of the recipient. Personalized Spiritwear is not involved in the calculation of shipping rates. For orders with free shipping, Personalized Spiritwear will use the shipping carrier with the best rate for size of the package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and if you created an account when you placed your order, you will be able to view your order status on personalizedspiritwear.com. You need to log in to your account and click on “Orders” under “My Account”. If you did not create an account when placing your order, you can track your package with your tracking number by visiting www.usps.com or www.ups.com.

Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. If you receive your order and there is a mistake that requires an exchange, Personalized Spiritwear will send you a pre-paid label to return the item and will send the replacement item at no cost to the customer.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product once it leaves our business. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and, if needed, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available in time for your event. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is undeliverable, if you refuse your package or if you fail to pick it up from the Postal Service and the package is returned to Personalized Spiritwear, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you.

Delivery dates for all of our products can be found on each product page by clicking on “When will I receive this product?” or by visiting our Delivery Dates page. Orders that are guaranteed to arrive on a national holiday will be delivered by the day after the holiday.
